CIRCUIT CLASSES

This class combines yoga, strength and conditioning. You’ll begin with a progressive warm up integrating fundamental yoga postures to get the body moving and the heart pumping. Each Circuit workout consists of 5 movements. You'll move through 5 cycles of 1 minute at each movement and rest 1 minute between each movement. You can expect simple, maximum effort work at stations with a consistent format you can count on.
