Our A10 and A20 classes are our bread and butter — and the classes that put Alchemy on the fitness map!
We start off each class with a power yoga warm-up that incorporates the movements of the day. We build some heat, get the body sweating and the heart pumping!
By the time you hit the 10 or 20 minutes of limit-testing conditioning your body and mind will be ready to push just a little further (and you’ll feel the energy in the room!). To keep your body and mind fresh, our workouts change every single day.
